Welcome to Oundle Golf Club         

 Since its creation in 1893 the Club has a tradition of being a club owned by golfers and run for golfers.  From this ethos comes the tees for social golf; providing a challenging, not punishing, round for every standard.  All that is asked is for a sporting attitude and application of the etiquette of the game so that other players enjoy their time too. 

Although much improved over time, observant players will still find traces of the stone quarry which was the land’s previous use.  Now set in hundreds of acres of peaceful countryside, with red kites and green woodpeckers for company, the course offers a serene break from the pressures of modern life – even, if the golf is not going well. 

Do visit the Lounge after your game.  You’ll find a well-stocked bar, the views from the first floor balcony are stunning and the Lounge usually rings with laughter from golf tales new and old.  Whilst there take a look at the menu board and you’ll see a nice range of simple food to suit all appetites without damaging your bank balance.  Your meal will be freshly prepared in our 5* Hygiene kitchen; traditional fayre, cooked well, served with a smile.  

Our excellent Pro Shop stocks all popular brands at competitive prices. Richard Keys, our PGA Professional, will match any local price and in some cases beat his competitors! Club and trolley repairs?  Don't worry if it's broken, our quick service will soon have your equipment fixed and you out golfing!

Last but not least, the people.  Oundle operates with a very closely knit team.  We try hard but if we don’t get everything right then please let us know as we continually try to improve.  That’s why we have a thriving membership list and that’s why visitors return.
